Below is a list of things we offer in our Free Relocation Package that you might want to consider before your big move. *We’ve already put a list together to help with the inconvenience of Relocating. Certainly the essentials start with a moving truck, but you might be stunned with some of the other things you may have forgotten about!

Our Free Relocation Package includes;

Automotive: A list of companies that transport vehicles to your new locality. There are no limitations to the number of vehicles, etc.

Childcare Support: A list of day-care providers for every possible situation.

Cultural Preparation: For individuals/family’s relocating internationally, a training class on what to expect in the new culture will be accessible.

Senior Care Assistance: A list of nursing homes or elderly care residences will be provided. Details are in the Free Relocation Package.

Full-Pack: A list of van lines who will come to pack all your family’s possessions and move them to your new home. All special transporting needs should be considered preceding the move.

Full-Unpack: When the van line shows up at your new house for unloading they will deliver all boxes and items where you desire.

House Hunting Trip: Help planning a trip to your prospect city (including airfare, hotel, rental car, and meals) so that you can find a house, school district, etc. that are appropriate for your family.

Home Buying Assistance: If you need help with the expense of closing costs; buy down points on a loan or other fees involved with the purchase of a house, we can help.

Home Sale Details: Assistance with the expense of closing costs and fees on the sale of your current home.

Breaking of a Lease: If you’re renting, we can help pay penalty charges for breaking a contract. Details are in the Free Relocation Package.

Accommodations: Through your house hunting trip and/or relocation, costs for hotel stays may be reimbursed.

Miscellaneous Expenses: Cash costs such as carpet cleaning, window covering set up, getting utilities turned on, auto registration and other essentials could be covered.

Property Management: Investors can have a property management company supervise their rentals and all maintenance related issues.

Secondary Job Support: We can help locate employment for a spouse or family member. Details are in the Free Relocation Package.

Storage Unit: If necessary we might assist you in having your items put in a storage facility.

Temporary Living: With the chance that your new home isn’t ready at the appointed time, furnished housing can be located for you.

Transportation: If you need help finding transportation to your new destination by plane, train or automobile we can help.
