Denver – A great location for your next home!

Denver, Colorado is known as the Mile High City. It’s actually surprising that Denver would also be accurately named the “Mild” High City. Denver actually offers up more than 300 days of sunshine each year. That’s more than Miami and many other typically “sunny” places!

Winters are incredibly mild with an average daily high temp of 45 degrees Fahrenheit with many 60 degree days. It’s arid conditions only bring an average of 8 to 15 inches of precipitation each year. During the winter when the flurries do come, snow does not stay on the ground long allowing for the golf courses and outdoor cafes to stay open all year round.

Summers in Denver are arid. You can expect beautiful, sunny days (86 degrees is the average daily high in August) and lovely, cool evenings.

Denver has created the perfect blend of laid-back outdoor adventure and refined urban sophistication. Visit your local brewpubs and you are as likely to mingle with aerospace engineers as you are rock climbers. Outdoor cafes, art festivals and pedestrian malls all set into this urban paradise with a spectacular mountain backdrop and beautiful sunny days make Denver a great choice for your home.
