Adams Park

The Adams Park vicinity lies within the boundaries of Federal, Sheridan, Alameda Ave., and Jewell Ave. The homes in this area are priced reasonably for first-time home buyers. There are many families with young children that live in Adams Park; there are also several homeowners who are retired.
The neighborhoods in Adams Park were built over several decades. Some were built as early as the 1910s, and some were built as late as the 1960s. There are handfuls that are newer homes, and even some that are only a couple years old.
Adams Park sits close to Denver’s Barnum neighborhood and Barnum Park, Sloan’s Lake Park, 6th Ave, I-25, and one of Colorado’s newest shopping areas – Belmar shopping center. Adams Park is located near several parks and other rec. areas including Huston Lake, Sloan’s Lake, Habitat Park, and the S. Platte River.
