Berkley

Berkley

The Berkeley in Denver neighborhood is in the north, and sits between I-76, south of I-70, Federal Blvd., and Sheridan Blvd. Right by the old Elitch Gardens Park used to be located before they moved the park to Downtown Denver.
When they moved Elitch Gardens, the Berkeley neighborhood hit a slump. On the other hand, more recently the neighborhood has come back to life because of a commercial development on Tennyson St. between 38th and 44th Ave. On this road there are multiple art galleries, restaurants, outlets, salons, and eateries.
Berkeley inhabitants can enjoy all of the area’s nearby recreation such as Regis University, Willis Case Golf Course, Berkeley Lake Park, Lake Rhonda, Rocky Mountain Lake Park, and the Lakeside Center. It’s also situated very close to Downtown Denver and a simple drive to Pena Blvd. – which is the road leading to the Denver International Airport.
