Cheeseman Park

Cheeseman Park

Cheeseman Park once was a Denver cemetery in the late 1800′s, the park has a marble acropolis that has hard to believe mountain views and fronts to the beautiful lawns of the park, which also boasts the Botanic Gardens. A great flat grassy area encompasses the center of Cheeseman Park, building it perfect for relaxing, jogging, or enjoying one of Denver’s 310 days of sunshine. Joggers pack the trails that loop Cheeseman Park. A little playground for kids waits in a grouping of trees.
Walking through Cheeseman Park or eating your lunch on the grass, Cheeseman Park’s many guests might not know that they might be strolling on a grave. Bordered by Capitol Hill homes in the center of downtown Denver, Cheeseman Park is not only visited by people looking to investigate its botanical gardens or take pleasure in its hundred and fifty mile beautiful view from the pavilion, but is also known to be housing to a bunch of agitated ghosts.
